3 Character Traits of Successful Entrepreneurs and High Performers in My View

Today I wanna discuss 3 character traits. They’re only found in successful entrepreneurs and high performers.

What are the character traits of successful entrepreneurs or High performers in your view?

They’re problem solvers at heart, passionate, slightly obsessed.

Being a Problem Solver at Heart

The ability to solve a problem in itself is what’ll keep you employed for as long you choose. You can count on this type of person being able to come up with ideas on the spot almost instantly. For many it’s annoying. But the people that enjoy doing this tend to become the most popular, valued, and highest paid.

They actually make great reverse engineers because of their interest in observing problems and rewinding them all the way back to where they become simplified.

Having Passion For Your Craft

Passion for your craft is another indicator for someone I believe is successful. There’s not many people that treat what they do as like they’re being sentenced to doing it. Most of them are willing to do their job even without getting paid. That proves you’re highly interested in what you’re doing.

You’re likely going to feel important when you’re part of a community that shares a passion for what the interest is. You all place this craft on a pedestal when it’s compared to other projects. There’s a journey of mastery that it leads to later when your passion is finally discovered.

I’m personally a passionate person when it comes to things I commit to. When I like things, I’m likely to love it too. I’ve been communicating and creating a safe space for others to gain independence, so I could safely say that I’m passionate about what I do.

Mastering your craft is usually attractive when observing others that’s at the top of the game with whatever the craft is, but following your passion usually precedes that too.

In this period of discovering crafts, I would suggest that someone find a way to freely express and facilitate discussions (and sharing projects) about your chosen topics.

Being Slightly Obsessed

Being slightly obsessed is another trait that entrepreneurs hold. It kind of ties in with being passionate as mentioned earlier. The emphasis at this point is more on time however. We hear things like needing to spend 10,000 hours before we’re masters of anything.

These type of independent individuals are reminiscent of people that are overly focused on a crush. They have nothing but great things to say about this person, in this case it’s their craft. This is just an appearance by the way. I’m not one to say whether it’s right or wrong to be this way, but it without a doubt seems helpful. It steers your thought power to this focus, and ideally that’s where you wanna be as you continue to grow in this interest.

You become sure that this is a genuine obsession that’s for the better instead of an unhealthy one because other areas of your life start to improve as a result. Obsessions work the same way all across the board, when they’re destructive, parts of your life that otherwise would be important to you, becomes spots that actually suffer.

Final thoughts

We’re talking about entrepreneur characteristics. Again, they’re visionary self-starters who transform ideas into value despite uncertainty. What do you think of my list?
