What Habits Been Most Responsible For Helping To Perform Consistently At A High Level? (Explained)

I’ll be explaining what habits been most responsible for helping to perform consistently at a high level. This is a lesson that I’ve dedicated plenty of time and effort towards. Even if I wasn’t the guy at the time, I’m locked in arms with a good majority of folk that would meet this criteria. Most people think of sports when this is discussed and that’s a fair assumption, but this applies to more things outside of that. We’re gonna approach this from all those angles as well to get better insight into the topic as a whole. Let’s get into this. Here we go!

What habits been most responsible for helping to perform consistently at a high level?

There’s a few habits that’s helped consistent performances at a high level. 2 off the top are releasing and sharing the truth. Releasing is doing whatever I can to get any thoughts out of my head and in front of me. What that does is clear anything that’s taking up space and helping either materialize it or expel it from my conscious. And sharing the truth is separate because it’s different from being honest. Sharing the truth is providing value that anyone can take with them. Doing that helps me feel I’m already walking into a situation on great terms. Because I already dropped some gems that were intended to improve someone’s life.

How creating and maintaining a routine helps athletes perform at high levels

Creating and maintaining a routine helps athletes perform at high levels because it harbors consistency.

There’s a level of reliabilty that happens as a result.

This explains the point in going to practice regularly, and why most practices are pretty typical.

You got warmups, drills, possibly conditioning and standard things like that which serves as the template in a way for all coaches, regardless of sport.

One of the core habits practiced by most successful people

One of the core habits practiced by most successful people is self control.

There’s so many to choose from, but self-control is next level power.

I call it a habit because of how effortless it could be applied after it’s learned.

There’s plenty of tests and challenges that’s posed to the gifted, and unfortunately, some of the best miss out in going farthest because they lack this skill.

What Top Achievers Do Differently

Top achievers have many different things that set them apart from colleagues and competition.

If there was one thing I say they do specifically, it’s being thorough in the work they do.

They take the extra time to assess areas of improvement.

They’re gonna refine details that the average person wouldn’t even bother to bring attention to.

It’s really the small things that make a difference.

They don’t feel they’re beyond taking a part in the development of people around them.

So that could be in the form of:

  • introducing them to others
  • explaining how tools and services work
  • creating and being a leader for newcomers
