How To Grow Beyond Your Immediate Circle

I’ll be explaining how to grow beyond your immediate circle.

How To Grow Beyond Your Immediate Circle

  • Embrace the Growth Mindset
  • Maintain and Deepen The New Connections You Make

Embracing The Growth Mindset

Embracing the growth mindset is a necessity. If you’re at a point in life where you want more than what you’re getting in life, this changes that.

You have to be coachable for this to work. There’s a level of submitting you have to be willing to do to move forward.

You’re gonna have to admit there’s something you don’t know that someone else does. In this case, you’re looking to befriend this new person or people.

The opposite of this effect is a fixed mindset. This is where your learning stops. There’s nothing more that can be taught because you’re stuck in your ways.

I don’t think there’s much wrong with this mindset if you’re truly happy with what you’re getting in life already. It’s just the difference between the two.

Maintain and Deepen The New Connections You Make

Maintaining and deepening these new relationships that you eventually create is what keeps everything going after you put yourself out there.

This is where you learn an important skill in pleasing others properly.

It might show in being able to wine and dine your new prospect.

This might not sound like much of a skill, but there’s a real craft to it because you’re committing to learn more about someone else and showing them that you know how to charm them.

Even going out your way to contact and check up on them goes a long way.

That’s one of the things that I was taught early on in having to reach out to anybody that did something nice—specifically I would send a “thank you” note.
