Today I wanna discuss the idea of professional freedom.
It’s probably best to start off with my personal belief in freedom being a choice.
This isn’t anything that everybody is entitled to at the expense of someone else forcing to make happen.
You have to want this for yourself first and foremost.
Shifting away
It’s ironic how a simple path becomes the way it does. I’m saying that it has an ability to shift. That’s right!
Most people think a simplistic route is a straight and narrow path.
Shifting however, is an approach to take because it adds the element of variety that’s generally a desired value by most people.
→ Temp Jobs
→ Home Businesses
→ Freelance Services
Those are just a few live illustrations of what shifting should mean when it’s applied to someone that’s trying to achieve professional freedom.
Simply put, it’s meant to guide you away from the traditional complex model of working harder to solve problems.
Building a deliberate framework
Autonomy is supposed to be the priority with framework creations because it’s the very essence of what makes a system more valuable than an over the mill talent that presents itself.
This combines the success value of intentional thinking that’s applicable universally.
Think of it the same way as showing your work when you’re turning in an assignment.
The automation is the professional aspect that kicks in because it serves you with or without your constant need to be present.
Everybody has to stop working eventually. That doesn’t mean we stop serving.
It’s just that shift in priorities that we mentioned earlier to help someone take a more simple approach to achieving the professional freedom we want.
Final Thoughts
Hopefully we understand that the simple path happens after we add more depth to our current game.
Adding a shift through variety becomes the response needed to take if we hope to achieve the goal of professional freedom.
