A Life Phase That Was Difficult To Say Goodbye To

Describe a phase in life that was difficult to say goodbye to.

A phase in life that was difficult to say goodbye to was accepting things that was less than what I believe and claim my values to be. It meant disappointing others at times, but it’s part of what happens when you outgrow who you used to be.

Settling For Situations That Are Less Than What Your Value Is

Settling for situations that are less than what your value is can be a hard hitting scenario for many people that ever experienced an identity crisis.

It’s sometimes the fault of the person that’s going through it: they lack confidence in themselves and choose to go through the path of least resistance.

That’s what it really is. They’re sometimes aware of the situation (which is crazy) and other times they’re not.

Some times they’re more valuable than their situation, but they end up just being a victim to their environment.

And what that could boil down to is poor leadership.

It could be dissected even further to where it’s poverty or a lack of drive to initiate more things for themself.

The tough situation in disappointing circles you eventually grow out of

Disappointing others is a situation that never feels good to someone that’s used to pleasing others. But it happens for the better.

It’s something that you’re sure is what needs to be done when you have goals that aren’t reached yet.

It’s uncomfortable to deal with these situations because in most cases you get resistance. It’s selfishness.

People don’t want you to outgrow them and reach better at paces they’re not ready to go. But I’ll make this point now:

your life depends on it.

If you keep doing the same things, you’re guaranteed to get the same results. I’m assuming you don’t want that.

Saying “no” to things that hold you back now gets you the yes that you want more later.
